Respecting Your Time and Ours: Appointment Policy

Your dedicated appointment time is reserved just for you. We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to another patient who may be waiting.  

Short notice cancellations and missed appointments

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a missed appointment fee.
  • This fee varies from $50 to $150, depending on the length of your scheduled appointment.

By respecting our policy, you help us maintain a smooth flow and ensure everyone receives timely care. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
