Your appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Therefore, we require at least 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to serve another patient who may be waiting for an appointment. A missed appointment fee of $25 to $50 (depending on length of scheduled appointment) will be charged for short notice cancellations.
